Jova Digital UAE
The United Arab Emirates launched a new initiative offering various public services directly to the people by making use of latest technology.
At the heart of this revolution is the “Smart Teller”, a new generation of self-service machines in line with the UAE’s smart government initiative, offering a wide range of public services.
The kiosks are being manufactured within the framework of a joint venture between Jova Digital UAE and Network Intelligent Payment Solutions (NIPS), an Abu Dhabi-based full-service payment solutions provider. Jova Digital UAE is a venture of Basel Holding.
Smart Teller offers features such as identity card issuing, identity card renewal, driving license issuing, driver’s license verification, residence permit card issuing, residence permit card renewal, tax payment, traffic fine payments with cash or credit cards, utility payment in a single terminal.
Government services assisted by civil servants can also be provided by the Smart Teller self service kiosks.
